Q: Can I sign up online for a membership?

Q: Can I bring a friend?
A: Friends are always welcome during staffed hours! They will just need to fill out a Liability Waiver when they arrive. Day Passes are $7 for the guest, HOWEVER, if they chose to sign up THAT DAY, we will apply the $7 to their account. Friends are NOT allowed to use members’ OpenPath credentials and the member could be charged a Trespassing Fee ($50) as well as loss of membership privileges.
Q: How do I update my billing information?
A: All billing and membership information can be updated over the in person by filling out a Member Action Form or by emailing our billing department at BillingPriorityFitnessMitchell@gmail.com (REMINDER: All account changes require a 30 day written notice).
Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: No, we also have short term Paid In Full options as well as a Month-Month option.
Q: Can I put my membership on hold?
A: We understand that life gets busy – we allow members to freeze their accounts for $5/mo for up to 3 months at a time.
Q: Can I take a class if I am not a member?
A: Yes, non-members can pay $7.00/class. We also offer a class-only membership.
Q: How old do you have to be to work out?
A: The minimum age to work out on the weight machines, free weights, and cardio equipment is 13, with adult supervision. Anyone under 13 can take supervised classes or work with one of our Personal Trainers.
Q: What are your busiest times?
A: We are a 24/7 hour facility which helps spread out the time that members come in, however obviously some times are busier than others which tend to be in the early evenings after work. The gym equipment layout has been designed to fit as many people as possible comfortably to allow everyone to get their workout in in a timely manner. Please allow others to work in during busy times.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: We hate to see you go, but you will need to come in the club during staffed hours to fill out a Member Action Form, or by emailing our billing department at BillingPriorityFitnessMitchell@gmail.com (REMINDER: All account changes require a 30 day written notice). Keep in mind, we can freeze your membership for up to three months to that way you do not have to rejoin with a new Enrollment fee if life gets busy.
